Return Policy: Your satisfaction is our first priority, that said, all sales are final. We will gladly exchange new unused items that are in original condition with all tags, packaging and proof of purchase. All exchanges must be approved first via phone or email and any additional shipping costs involved with exchanges will be payed by you, the customer. New items may also be returned and a store credit gift card, may be issued to be used at a later date. Used items are not returnable. Lessons: A typical lesson would work like this: You show up at the shop and get your equipment (wetsuit, boots, gloves, surfboard, kayak, crab pot, fishing pole, etc..). All rentals are for 24 hrs. You meet your instructor for a 2 hour lesson. After the lesson is finished you still have your equipment for another 22 hours, allowing you plenty of time to continue practicing the skills you learned.

Rentals: You must be over 18 years old to rent equipment or have a parents signature. Signing our waiver, a credit card deposit and proof of ID are also required to rent. Click here to download a copy of the rental form.

Surf School:  Once you are signed up/paid for surf school it is up to you to arrive at Ossies Surf Shop in Agate beach at 10am on each day of surf school. Your surf school payment is for one person, we are flexible about changing individual students, for instance; Dad does surf school day one, son does it day two and mom participates day three, all for just $99! If the weather conditions in the ocean are not SAFE on a day of Surf School we will take the surf school to a nearby lake for Stand Up Paddle surfing and Kayaking.

Vacation Rentals:  The address of the condo is 104 NE Hwy 101 Depoe Bay, Or 97341, park behind the building and access the door in the back, key box is located on the hand rail on the left when facing the door.
To obtain a key, simply come into the store below (Coastal Outfitters Surf Shop) between 11am-6pm on the day of check in.  If you will be checking in after hours, call on the day of your check in to recieve the key box code.
Payment is required at the time of reservation. Reservations may be cancelled with a full refund up to 72 hrs before the check in date, after 72 hrs store credit will be issued to be used any time. Check in time is 3pm, check out is 12 noon, you will be provided the code for a key box after reservation/payment have been confirmed. Pets are allowed but must be kept on a leash when outside and a CLEANING FEE WILL BE CHARGED AT A MINIMUM OF $40 IF THERE IS EXCESS CLEAN UP OF HAIR or anything else out of the ordinary due to the pet.  Signing our waiver, a credit card deposit and proof of ID are also required to rent.
